Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

📦 Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are applicable only for select products. Detailed return eligibility and conditions are mentioned on the respective product pages.
Unless otherwise specified, the standard return window is 3 days from the date of delivery.
The return policy for any product is subject to change without prior notice.
If our pickup service is not available at your location, you will be be required to self-ship the product to our provided return address.
Return or exchange shipping charges may apply on a case-to-case basis.

✅ Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

📦 The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
🏷️ The product must be returned with its original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories (if applicable).
🎨 Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged.
⏳ Return or exchange requests must be raised within the applicable return period mentioned on the respective product page. Requests submitted after the return window will not be accepted.

💳 Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method or as per our refund process within the applicable timeline.
